Ohhh boy, it's been awhile, hasn't it?? The last couple years (!) have been filled with a crazy work schedule, landing a new gig, commuting 4 hours/day, running, CrossFitting, traveling the world, and of course... cooking!!!

As you may know, cauliflower is an incredible substitute for rice (if you haven't tried it yet, you need to!) In fact, cauliflower fried "rice" is so chock full of vegetables that you won't miss its starchy cousin or need extra fat or protein to fill you up.
